About Us
LGK started with owner and chef, Stephanie Daugherty, creating updated twists on classics and delivering them straight to your door in 2020. Since then, we have expanded to catering, farmers markets, specialty pop-ups, and local retail locations carrying our baked goods. Now we’re expanding to our newest project, our mobile diner. Our goal has always been to provide you with scratch-made meals and baked goods, as locally sourced as possible, to bring you a high-quality, delectable sweet & savory baked goods and hot foods.
The Menu
Fresh ingredients make the meal an experience. We also value our local farmers, and know how important it is to support our fellow small businesses and farmers. Our goal is to create foods that bring us all together and highlight the incredible resources we have around us.
The Food Truck
We’re bringing you a modern take on your diner favorites. Made with fresh ingredients, as locally sourced as possible. We’ll have a steady menu (coming soon), that is always available. We also like to experiment, so we’ll be bringing you some specials, too! Check out our social media feeds for our market and event menus.
Catering
We also offer a range of catering options, and love to create menus for special occasions. We love to do corporate and staff appreciation events, showers, weddings, birthday parties, and more.
